Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel I must complain about carriage service. I have traveled on one of your bus to England on the 25th April this year.

I brochure of your company was written, that you provide comfotable, modern mean of transport with pleasant service. Your advertisement was misleading, because I have not noticed at least one of promised facilities. Particulary ragig were technical condition of bus and abysmal service.

Travel tooks nearly 30 hours awing to recurrent grinding halt caused malfunctions. I was battened down the hatchen when rendered, that we have a problem with anchors. To make matters worse your workforce did not know what to do in this kind of situation. They sis not have convenient preparation. I was shoked when I saw thrilled service. Your company should gave some directions for employees and provide another bus.

I demand a full refund. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Podróż zabrała prawie 30 godzin z powodu powtarzających się nieoczekiwanych postojów spowodowanych awariami. Myslałam, że to już koniec, kiedy okazało się, że mamy problem z hamulcami. Co gorsza pracownicy nie wiedzieli co zrobić w tego typu sytuacji. Nie mieli odpowiedniego przygotowania. Byłam zszokowana kiedy ujrzałam przerażoną obsługę. Pańska firma powinna udzielić wskazówek pracownikom oraz zapewnic inny autobus.

The trip took over 30 hours due to reoccurring stops caused by technical difficulties. When I learned that we got brake problems I thought to myself "That's it, I"m never gonna get home". What was even more discouraging was the fact that your employees did not know what to do. They were not prepared for such a possibility and they should have. I was shocked even more when I saw that your personnel was afraid/terrified. Your company should have provided appropriate training for your employees and provide a substitute bus.
